Feature

Military Ultra Drop Stitch Materials creates a stiff, rigid and sturdy SUP which is durable for years. Inflaming Retarding, Scraping Resistance, Anti-UV, Anti-aging.

Stand Up Paddle Boards with soft EVA deck pad makes it family and pet friendly. The exquisite design and colors are optional to choose as well as printing on surface of it.

There are 4 D-rings on the the trip of the board made of stainless steel, design for running through ropes, to connect the board and the jet ski.

High pressure air valve, allows to inflate SUP up to 15 PSI high pressure. When the gas is filled, the air filled pipe is pulled out, and the air nozzle is automatically closed.

Durable handles on the trip of the board made of nylon materials, it’s convenient.

With first aid medical rescue head immobilizer, made of high-density plastic, both sides have an ear hole, used simultaneously with a scoop stretcher or PE stretcher.

Before the production, the production department will check whether the raw material has color difference, whether the screen printing or UV printing conforms to the drawings requirements, etc.

First Article Inspection

Quality control department carry out the first quality inspection for each process every day to ensure the accuracy of mass production.

Process Inspection

Each process has a full-time quality inspection personnel for strict inspection of products. Ensuring high quality in production process.

Final Inspection

After the production is finished, we will carry out a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure the quality of the products.

Sample Inspection

Quality control department will conduct 5%-10% sample inspection according to the standard, and providing a quality inspection report.
